Questionnaire

We ask you to complete a questionnaire that gives us an overview of your operations, what you do, how you do it, and how amany people are involved.The questionnaire also gives is the information we need to ensure that we use the most appropriate consultant for your system.

Quotation & Finalization of Contract

Based on the information in the questionnaire we are able to determinne the exact costs for designing your system implement in your company.We submit these in a firm quotation that fully details the consultancy activities.

On finalization of contract an advanced cheque is issued by our client in favour of ourselves.Two papers are prepared to make an understanding.One paper is given to client for remembring the process.

Gap Analysis

Our Consultants visit your site(s) and assesses the degree of compliance of your operations with your own documentation.In other words, are you doing what you say you are doing.

We produce a written report, which outlines the extent of compliance with both your documentation and the standard, and detail any problem areas that requires correction that you know we are raising good business issues.

Document Designing and Training

At this stage we open a client's file.In this we file up the details of Gap Analysis report & existing document samples like formats, check list & plans.

We design the client's documents as per the standard's requirements.Then we start training at client's premises.After training we also review the effectiveness of training imparted to employees because we believe that"Human Beings can change their lives by changing thier attitude of mind".And it is the secret behind the success of an organization.

Shadow Audits

After implementation of systems we review the level of implementation by conducting internal audits.We call it 'Shadow Audits' because these audits are similar to as conducted by the certification body.

After reviewing the reports of shadow audits we make dispositioning actions, corrective and preventive actions.

Certification Audits

After shadow audits we submit the manuals & other appropriate document to certification body.They review the documents and blocks the final certification dates accordingly.On the recommendation of certificate here job of certification process in completed.

After Certification Services

These services are as our clients requirements.In this case we make annual maintainence/service contract.This is just the 15% of the total project cost beared by our client.In this we help our clent to improve monitoring system or gaining more profits.These are also called profit improvement projects.
